Hiking

Tryon National State Park is AWESOME. The have 90 miles of trails and some are near Tryon Creek. There are trees everywhere that you look. I didn't know if the kids would like hiking but was pleasantly surprised. Half the time the were so far ahead of me on the trail that I couldn't see them. The were running, jumping off roots, falling, laughing, saying hello to birds, climbing trees, and having a blast. It was really fun. I hope to go again soon and see the creek and spend more time in the woods.
