Ethans first Basketball game

The lighting was so horrible that alot of the shots are blurry. You get the idea though. Ethan had a really good time playing. He was moving the entire game. He was so cute. He is #17 on the red team. Zoe was really good, she watched a move for most of the game.

Our new doggy.

So we got a dog. She is the best dog ever. She is a German short hair pointer and she is 4 years old. She is completely attached to me and I love her like she is one of my kids already. We went hiking today at our favorite hiking place.

The Pumpkin King

Ethan let me take some pictures of him and our pumpkin today. He is getting so big and is such a good guy. Happy October everyone.

Basketball

Ethan had his first basketball practice today. He is playing on a team for the YMCA. He was so good. There is no coach for his team yet so all the parents pitched in and had a great practice. Ethan was really excited. He loves basketball and I am excited he is in a sport to keep him busy. I got some pictures before the practice and during. I will of course keep updating every week as he plays.

Portraits in the park.

We went to the park today. It is supposed to be pretty rainy for a while so we were taking advantage of the semi nice weather. The kids had a blast playing on the swings. Ethan has been teaching Zoe new stuff that he learns from his schoolmates.

Blazers Fan Fest

We went to the Portland Blazers Fan Fest last night. It was alright. There were alot of people there. We stayed for a while but wanted to head home before the rush. I think the kids had fun and it was a good test to see if they would like a game or not.

Buttons

Ethan is growing so fast that I forget he doesn't know how to do everything yet. He is smarter than most kids his age and I assume he knows how to do stuff like buttoning his shirt. Well he didn't know how yet so I showed him once and of course he is already a pro. The pictures I got of him buttoning his shirt for the first time make me laugh. He had missed a hole somewhere and was trying to fix it. So cute. The last picture was seconds before he pronounced his famous Ta-Da.

Fragile do not bend.

We went to the post office today to mail a package and the postal worker that helped us gave the kids each a sticker. I tried to mail Ethan but he decided he liked it here with us.

Zoe and Cinderella

Zoe has been so good about Ethan going to school during the day. She loves having the time to herself. Today when we were running errands she buckled Cinderella in Ethan's car seat. So cute I had to grab the camera and take a picture. I love my kids so much.
