Trick or Treat.

This was the first year that the kids ever went trick or treating. We went for an hour around our neighborhood and the kids got so much candy we had to carry their pumpkins home for them. They had alot of fun. It wasn't cold and went really well. Ethan kept informing us that he LOVED trick or treating and they wanted tons and tons of candy. Happy Halloween everyone.

We let the kids wear their costumes all day. They had a blast and got alot of attention. This was all prior to actual Trick or Treating.

Ethans wisdom volume 3.

Ethan got dressed right after waking up this morning. Our heater isn't working and it is pretty cold. He put on a sweatshirt and then informed his dad, "a sweatshirt is so that your regular shirt doesn't get cold."
I love the way they think.

Random Todayness

Zoe has spirit fingers.

Nevan (whom I babysit) looking cute. When I hold the camera to my eye he says, "I can see you."

Ethan on the computer. He is changing so fast. He has grown 2inches in the last couple months.

Pirate painting

The kids painted pirate masks tonight. The concentration was so thick that you could cut it with a knife. The masks turned out great but they are still wet so I will put pictures up tomorrow of the finished products. I love the tongue action.

Little People Park.

We went to a park we had never been today. The kids were hilarious as usual. The started having a screaming contest. We were all laughing alot. Zoe went potty outside for the first time. I had fun mostly because I got to take some pictures.

Little helpers.

I remember helping my mom when she was an apartment manager. The kids love helping me now. The leaves are falling of the trees in droves. It is hard to keep all the leaves off the sidewalks, but the kids are very eager to help.

Ethan's all time favorite video.

We took this video right after we moved to Oregon. We were staying with Noel's brother Nick in Washington until our condo closed. The kids have grown alot since then. This was in June 06. Ethan laughs historically every time he watches this video.

Chocolate covered.

I was not having the best day at work today. A little stressed, when to my amazement my wonderful husband walked in the door with a bag from edible arrangements. He got me chocolate covered strawberries. I was thrilled. I love how he surprises me when I least expect it. He is the best husband in the world. Thank you my love.

Costumes.

We bought the kids their Halloween costumes tonight. Aren't they cute. I couldn't resist taking their pictures. This is the first year they have been excited about trick or treating. It is going to be alot of fun.

Beads.

Going along with our craft theme the kids made bead necklaces and bracelets today. The had alot of fun searching through the huge bag of miscellaneous beads.

Zoe vs. the Burrito.

I love watching any three year old try to eat a home made burrito. In Zoes case the burrito won and she ended up using a fork. Ethan had chicken nuggets as usual.

Zoo Park.

We hadn't been to the zoo park in a while so the kids and I went while Noel was at work today. Zoe was grouchy at first but got over whatever she was mad about and I couldn't keep up with Ethan. Fun times.
